This is an exciting opportunity for a MOD Accounts Receivable Analyst to join the Manila team. The role supports various Macquarie businesses that provides corporate advisory, M&A, asset management and sublease agreements.
The role is primarily responsible for generating and settling invoices and deal with client queries in the following regions: Australia & New Zealand, Asia, Americas and EMEA.
Your responsibilities include working closely with internal customers to process invoicing requests once a deal has been completed, investigate cash breaks and resolve within the agreed time frame, run or prepare various reports needed by internal customers and enable them to make informed decisions, coordinate with the finance team on a regular basis to ensure that subledgers and ledgers are in alignment, work closely with external customers and address any of their queries and participate in various system testing to make sure it stays updated and working effective and efficient as per design.
If you are a fresh graduate or have at least 2 years work experience in a financial markets operations or support environment, and looking forward to be part of our team. We also want to hear from you if you: hold appropriate tertiary qualifications in Finance, Economics or a related discipline, flexibility to work on different shifts and public holidays as necessary, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, attention to details and efficient in data processing, ability to investigate issues and escalate them effectively, self -motivated, independent and can work well under pressure, strong commitment to completion and delivery, able to multi-task and have excellent time management skills, excellent communication skills and confident in interacting with people, strong team player and working knowledge of Calypso will be highly regarded but not essential
