Accounts Receivable Analyst InternRingCentral

RingCentral Manila is launching an Internship Program called "Ringternship". Top students from prestigious partner schools are open to apply. This will be a special program designed to cater to different business units in the company - Finance, HR, IT, Analytics, etc. Once selected, interns will form part of a batch that will go through group corporate initiatives like webinars and meet and greet and also specialized hands on learning hours with assigned mentors. Next batch will be open for October 2020 start.
Function & Responsibilities:
Direct interaction with customers (internal and external) to drive collection of outstanding receivables.
Handle and coordinate customer's disputes regarding contract, terms, billings and cash collections.
Escalate to management team any problem that holds the collection process to flow.
Update reports and send statement of accounts to customers.
Assist with other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor
Qualifications:
Graduating student of any business-related course
Good communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Excel)
Amenable to work on a night shift
