ACCOUNTS PAYABLE STAFF
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting or Financial Management or any Accounting related degree
With at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in accounts receivable/accounts payable process
Preferably with experience in using an ERP system (e.g. SAP Business One)
Willing to be assigned in Oakridge, Banilad, Mandaue City
Job Description:
Timely processing of payables (VIHI, VHHI, BIWSC) including checking completeness of documents submitted by requestors and coordination with Treasury for check processing
Reconciliation of supplier schedules and monitoring of other payable-related transactions/schedules
Recording of reimbursements and other disbursements
Back-up services for accounts receivables
Any other task related to the AP function
