Processes all billings of suppliers and ascertain for the timely preparation of check vouchers and corresponding checks.
Computes mathematical accuracy of all billings and ensures accuracy of footings and extensions of amount prior to check preparation.
Examines/scrutinizes telephone billings to establish validity and nature of charges. Assures that corresponding cost and income has been computed accurately. Handles verification and coordination with the telephone/communication companies for discrepancies noted in the billing statement and ensures that only legitimate charges are processed for payment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ermita Manila.
At least 1 year experience, knowledgeable in payroll is an advantage
