As an Accounts Payable, some of the things we'd expect you to do are to...
Maintain electronic invoice filing system
Management and support of Accounts mailboxes and responding to queries in a timely manner
Assistance with month end procedures and reporting including Finance based processes in Lease Eagle
General Accounts Payable and sundry invoice support
Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
Support of rent roll for Koko Black entity
Continue to Improve outdated or non-value adding processes
Previous experience in high volume Accounts Payable role.
Experience with Netsuite accounting software is advantage.
Experience with volume Inbox / Outlook.
Ability to perform in a busy and high-pressure environment.
Organized
Ability to time manage and prioritize workload.
Attention to details
Very proficient excel skills
Positive and supportive team worker.
Ability to take Ownership and work Independently.
