Accounts Payable Vendor - Team Lead
The Accounts Payable Vendor - Team Lead will be part of Accounts Payable team reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager.
Primary responsibilities include the following:
Supervise a team which processes the full cycle related to Vendor Payment.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Supervise all expense accounts of multiple entities covering different regions
Supervise resolutions regarding concerns related to Vendor Invoices/payments
Assist AP Manager in his tasks
Identify and initiate process improvements
Prepares month end accruals and reconciliations
Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications/Skills Desired and Preferred:
Business Degree or equivalent experience preferred
At least 2+ years experience in leading an Accounts Payable team
Experience processing in multiple locations
Experience in Netsuite and Coupa is an advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) required
Strong attention to detail with consistency and punctuality
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all departments and levels within the company
Strong customer service and analytical ability
Ability to handle a high-volume, deadline driven environment
Ability to work effectively with other team members
Ability to adapt to change
