Hi! We're Smartsourcing, looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who can work with us full-time and on-site! Where? Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial responsibilities associated with accounts payable processes.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to:
• Manage accounts inbox.
• Daily banking for all accounts.
• Enter all credit card transactions.
• Process employee expenses and employee credit cards.
• Calculate and process referrer commissions weekly and monthly.
• Weekly vendor payments for trust accounts.
• Convert purchase orders and attach invoices to transactions.
• Process and verify invoices and schedule and prepare weekly vendor payments.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Maintain vendor files, correspond with vendors, and respond to enquiries.
• Ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
We would need you to be or have the following:
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2+ years experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in Accounts Payable.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Excellent excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
