Responsibilities:
Main contact for Global Accounts Payable inquiries from internal and external sources
Perform Case Management function of initial review and assignment of cases
Research and respond to 70% of total cases
Handle customer issues of urgent cases
Maintain applicable metrics for operational and management review
Identify ways to deflect cases and/or minimize case growth
Develop and implement standard response templates
Maintain case SLA's for initial response time, average closure time, and in-process cases
Demonstrate high integrity in both style and content in all forms of communication
Reconciliation of critical vendors statements to Ring Central Accounts Payable
Must-Have:
Must be willing to work North American hours.
Knowledge of end to end Procure to Pay Process
Experience with ERP systems: NetSuite
Qualifications:
Experience working in a global corporation shared service or BPO organization supporting global subsidiaries or clients
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree. Business, or another degree with some related work experience.
Microsoft Office Skills
Strong communication skills. Most cases originate from the US, UK, and Australia. The primary response method is e-mail response to external requests. Verbal communication primarily used internally and with Management.
