Functions:
oExtensive knowledge in ERP environment with background on data extraction and manipulation
oPreferred know how in HRIS Payroll system
oHas been in a supervisory role for at least 3 years
oProficient knowledge of AP best practices in journal entries, process flows and system integration
oHas a good grasp of local taxation and accounting standards
oComputer proficiency especially in Microsoft Excel and easily adapts to other software applications
oStrong attention to detail emphasizing on accuracy
oAbility to work in a fast paced, high volume and process driven work environment
oAbility to be reliable and accountable while working independently and in a team environment
oAbility to meet deadlines and daily targets and a willingness to learn new processes
oCollaborative and optimistic work attitude and determination
oEffective communication and interpersonal skills
oStrong time management and organizational skills
Qualifications
oAccounting graduate / CPA preferred
oMinimum 5 yrs experience in Accounting primarily in Accounts Payable and Disbursement
oPreferably applicants residing in Bulacan.
