JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading and mentoring a team of more than 10 Headcounts including conducting annual performance reviews.
Manage day-to-day operations of the accounts payable function.
Oversee payment processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop & implement efficient processes with strong controls and procedures for continuous improvement.
KPI Creation, Analysis and driving.
Consistently improve the efficiency of the department and automate Process.
Review Major account reconciliations and vendor management.
Monthend and Yearend closing.
Participate in projects.
Conduct internal audits.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Background in Accounting and Experience in Accounts Payable
Prior leadership experience in guiding a results-driven team of similar size
Proficiency in MS Office and excellent analytical skills, rigor, and ability to synthesize information
Excellent ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, changing work environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Dynamic, proactive, and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
A team player with a passion for excellence.
Comfortable with Night Shift
