This is for direct hiring and for a full-time role.
Duties:
- Vendor / supplier management or accreditation processing
- Invoice processing and payment
- Communicate directly with the property managers and vendors
- Work with ISTA executives and partners on projects
- Report to the Finance Manager
Job Requirements:
- 1 year AP supervisory experience & invoice reconciliation
- Preferably with vendor accreditation experience
- Good English communication skills
- Must have experience in MS Office applications and detail oriented
- BS Accountancy (undergrad or graduate)
