Job Description:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
Perform the matching process of purchase order received goods and supplier invoice
Investigate and resolve the price or quantity of differences between purchase orders and related invoices.
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Maintain accounting ledgers and by verifying and posting account transactions.
Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management relative to the AP function in accordance with records retention policies and procedures
Records and checks the aging of the accounts payable
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures,
Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
