JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile: This is a Japanese manufacturing company for digital products such as printers, camera, fax machine and others. The company has been operating in the Philippines for 20 years.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• At least 1 Year of working experience Accounts Payable / Disbursement
• Knowledgeable of GAAP
Responsibilities:
• Verify the accuracy of the Payment Request Form and ensure that all supporting documents are duly approved.
• Prepare check payments, vouchers and BIR 2307
• Ensures that all payables to local suppliers are recorded and paid on time
• Verifies accuracy of charges against the Billing Statement or Statement of Account of utilities.
• Prepares Journal Entries for monthly accruals, provisions and adjustments.
