Hi! We're Smartsourcing, looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who can work with us full-time and on-site!Where? Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, CebuAs an Accounts Payable Specialist,
you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial responsibilities associated with accounts payable processes.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to:
Manage accounts inbox.
Daily banking for all accounts.
Enter all credit card transactions.
Process employee expenses and employee credit cards.
Calculate and process referrer commissions weekly and monthly.
Weekly vendor payments for trust accounts.
Convert purchase orders and attach invoices to transactions.
Process and verify invoices and schedule and prepare weekly vendor payments.
Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
Maintain vendor files, correspond with vendors, and respond to enquiries.
Ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
We would need you to be or have the following:
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
2+ years experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in Accounts Payable.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
Excellent excel skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
