What you'll do:
High volume invoice processing with accuracy and attenton to detail
Match invoices to purchase orders, verify invoice approval, and ensure all proper documentation is provided
Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Develop and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
Maintain accurate and up to date AP records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Ad-hoc dutes as they arise
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Experience with Procurement systems (ie. Zip, Coupa, Oracle)
Excellent verbal and wri7en communication skills
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with organizatonal and time management skills
Microsoft Excel proficient
A successful candidate should be prepared to submit and complete the following as part ofonboarding requirements.
Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip
2x2 & Half body picture with white background
Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
Photocopy of 2 valid IDs - front & back (government-issued)
Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC's Onboarding Team)
