Functional overview
Will handle Australian AP including month end tasks and other ad hoc that maybe assigned. Willing to adjust working schedule and function as the need arises. Like change sched from 7-4 to 9-6 and/or change function from Australia to US.

1. Mailbox handling
2. Processing of invoices with correct codings
3. Month end accruals
4. Processing of reimbursements and credit cards audit

Minimum qualifications
Knowledgeable in any accounting software. Currently, we are using MYOB.
Accountancy graduate or its equivalent - Accounting Technology/Major in Accounting
Minimum of 3 years experience, 1 year of which is from a global set up
