Position: Accounts Payable Specialist
Industry: Shared Services
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Schedule: Dayshift but Fixed weekends off
Salary: Php100,000-Php120,000
Work set-up: Hybrid work set -up
Requirements:
Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Thai language
A bachelor's degree in Finance and Accountancy is an advantage
At least have a year experience in Accounts Payable
Work experience in Shared service companies is an advantage
Good in Excel with experience in using SAP
Experience using SAP or Oracle Software​
Business level in English communication
Responsibilities:
Responsible for processing vendors invoices and expense reports
Cross-checking the invoices and receipts received
Responsible in checking validation and accounted the accounts in the system
Initiates payment runs with accuracy and promptness with minimum supervision
Ensures the application of credit notes and advances are recorded in the system​
Coordinating with different company department regarding disputes
