KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to oversee and manage incoming invoices, both current and overdue. This critical role requires an impeccable eye for detail and a strong aptitude for fostering robust client relationships. Beyond handling accounts, the specialist will be pivotal in ensuring clear communication, resolving invoice discrepancies, and promoting a seamless financial process for our esteemed clients
Responsibilities
1 Verify and enter invoices into the accounting system.
2 Ensure proper coding and authorization for payments.
3 Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
4 Reconcile payments and address discrepancies.
5 Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
6 Maintain organized financial records and file invoices.
7 Assist in month-end closing activities and provide necessary reports.
Job requirements
1 A degree or coursework in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
3 Strong data entry skills for expense reports
4 Knowledge of basic accounting principles and accounts payable process
5 Strong attention to detail
6 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7 Able to work independently
