ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to be part of our team.
He/She is responsible for performance of accounting related tasks, including general accounting, treasury tasks, accounts receivables and accounts payable duties for Company's and affiliated Entities.
He/She will work closely with the Controller and other Accountants as necessary to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely completion of finance tasks.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Process all invoices, including obtaining proper approval and coding of invoices, entering into A/P system and printing checks.
Monitor Credit card activity and record activity appropriately to Accounting system.
Monitor all expense reimbursements utilizing Expensify software.
Completes assigned monthly and year-end accounting procedures, including 1099 reporting.
Completes assigned routine reconciliation of Company's balance sheet accounts, to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory mandates.
Support ad hoc reporting & special requests as directed by the Controller.
Perform assigned duties to ensure compliance with internal control policies to protect the assets of the Company.
Requirements
With at least an Associate's degree in accounting/finance is preferred.
At least two to three years of accounting experience is required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience with NetSuite preferred.
Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
Willing to work at Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas
