Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Must be able to communicate in English fluently
Creative and can think outside the box
Must have strong analytical skills with keen attention to details
Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in property bookkeeping/management
Experience in a similar role within the real estate or property management industry is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP general ledger systems, preferably Yardi Voyager and HomeWise Docs is a plus
