MVP Asia Pacific is looking for an Account Payable Processor who will be working for our client who is based in US. Our client is an award-winning logistics and transportation business that offers tailored next generation supply chain solutions including air, ocean, and ground transportation for their global clients. The client specializes in providing time definite and cost-effective solutions for their clients. Leveraging the global network and buying power for a competitive difference. They manage logistics for global multinational companies from single shipments to complex over-dimensional and international orders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
• Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries.
To be successful, you should be:
• A degree holder in Accountancy, Business Management, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the logistics management field is required for this position.
• Experienced in AP and invoice processing
• Preferably has been exposed in processing large number of invoices about 300 per month
• Attention to details
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
