Graduate in Business Administration major in Accounting, Financial Management or a related field

Not more than 30 years old and single.
Prepares all check payment request for suppliers, shipping lines & creditors.
Ensures that all accepted check payment request passed through proper approval process.
Evaluates the suppliers billing invoices, purchase orders and resolve if there are any discrepancies.
Monitor and continued follow-up for all un-liquidated checks. Provide a weekly update to the finance manager.
Validate all supporting Invoices, billings statements and official receipts attached in check liquidation.
Handles BIR filing of monthly, Quarterly and Annual report of expanded withholding tax and VAT returns thru EFPS.
Ensures that the Summary List of Sales and Purchases (SLSP) are submitted on time based on the BIR deadlines.
Prepares accounts schedules and analysis for year-end closing purposes.
