Responsible for activities and operations in the accounts payable function for the company
Facilitate monthly reports using accounting applications and software, and prepare for auditing processes
Analyzes invoices and expense reports for accuracy and eligibility for payment
Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintains accurate financial records and control reports
Supervise and organize team department, and contribute to the development of processes and procedures
Provide supporting documents for internal and external audit requirements
Liaise and communicate with suppliers on a regular basis for accounts payable issues
