Accounts Payable Administrator
Responsibilities include but is not limited to:
Accurately checking correct invoicing details entered via automatic invoices capture system process.
Matching of purchase orders to invoices.
Scanning & verification of invoices for numerous cost centers and projects.
Reconciling invoices and system balances with monthly vendor statement when provided. Ensure all statement reconciliations are completed.
Ensure that all vendor accounts are reconciled statement to their purposes and reviewed.
Liaising with stakeholders to ensure any discrepancies are resolved.
Accurate invoice data entry and coding;
High level of efficiency and excellent accuracy in the reconciliation of creditor accounts;
Detailed and accurate review of a subcontractor's statements;
Processing EFT payment runs;
The ideal person must have:
Degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce or related field
Advance MS Excel skills with basic Macro understanding
Must be resilient under pressure and committed to meeting the deadlines
Excellent English communication skills with clients written and verbal
Trustworthy and capable of building professional relationships
Exceptional customer service skills and client focused
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
This role is based in the office, must be willing to work onsite in Arcovia City, Pasig City
