Job Scope:
To collect and review all payment-related documents and initiate creditors' payment in the full respect of Company procedures.
Ensuring the legitimacy and accuracy of accounts payable ageing balance.
And initiate payment process In strict respect of Company policies
Job Specifications:
BS Accountancy graduate, preferably with AP experience
Advance working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Able to work independently and with teams in a deadline and detail-oriented environment
Excellent strategic planning skills
Strong interpersonal, communications, organizational and analytical skills
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Windows, Accountability for mistakes and errors, Self-confidence, Decision making, Accounting, Time Management, Strategic planning, Reports, Problem Solving, Self-improvement, Technology, Teamwork
