The roles includes but are not limited to;
Accounts Payable Processor
The role includes but not limited to:
Process accounts receivable invoices and progress claims on a baily basis
Creation of receipts for client payments daily
Coordination with accounts payable vendor via phone or email
Reconciliation of month end statements (300 to 350) twice a month
Coding, dissection, entering and reconciling the following documents: credit cards, phone bills, motor charge and overhead invoices
Electronic invoice registration
Gather all vendor statements and check to Jobpac registered invoices to ensure 100% registration and receipt (300 - 350 vendors approximately)
Maintains contractors insurances in Jobpac
Liaising with the senior management team and completing their weekly timesheets
Liaising with the entire team to ensure timesheets are fully approved before set deadlines
Maintenance of sub-contractor bank register & trust account balances
Perform other tasks as may assigned
The ideal person should have/be:
Ideally at least 4 years of experience in handling AP/AR and job costing in construction industry
Experience in QuickBooks, MRP, ERP, SAP or any accounting software is required
Experience in Jobpac is advantageous but not required
Strong understanding and operational competence in MS Office & MS Excel - Advances functioning for working with large data files for comparative analysis
Must be resilient under pressure and committed to meeting the deadlines
Excellent English communication skills with clients written and verbal
Trustworthy and capable of building professional relationships
Exceptional customer service skills and client focused
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
