In this role, you will:
Process intercompany invoices in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system following the three-way matching principle.
Research and investigate to clear disputed invoices and provide recommendations.
Clear differences between subledger and ledger by performing Accounts Payable to General Ledger reconciliation.
Reconcile Intercompany Statement of Account versus ledger and prepare Goods in Transit and accrual entries.
Resolve intercompany imbalances.
Perform intercompany netting selection and send remittance advice to intercompany vendors.
Prepare and provide supporting documents for audit requirements.
For this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any Accounting-related degree.
3 years of relevant experience in General Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Accounts Payable, Audit, or Payroll.
Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Financial Accounting Standard Board regulation.
Practical knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, etc.).
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
