Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Support monthly closing activities and ensure all data is up-to-date
Qualifications:
Proven accounts payable experience
Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., formulas, data sorting, lookups)
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Degree in Accounting or related field is a plus
