CLAIMS SPECIALIST
Job Description:
Review details & reviewing supplier claims and process new claims reports.
Prepare Recommendation For Payment (RFP)
Maintain and monitor payments record of supplier
Prepare summary of approved RFPs to be forwarded to Suppliers.
Attend to inquiries of supplier / contractor to resolve transactions discrepancies.
Timely and accurate preparation of payments and related system reports such as Statement of Account for supplier.
Monitor all liquidations
Other duties as may be assigned
