ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSOCIATE
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
 
1. Accounts Payable:
Process Broker Commission, Incentives and All other payables and ensure timely payments
a. Receives the approved Request for Payment/Petty Cash Replenishment/Reimbursement
b. Check completeness of supporting documents
c. Update Broker bank details
d. Send out emails to Broker as their reference
e. Prepares APV - in SAP
f. Forward to Accounting Supervisor & Manager the printed APV respectively for approval
g. Facilitate approvals from authorized signatories & release to respective agent, broker and realty estate.
h. Attend to queries from time to time - Agent, Broker and Real Estate
i. Maintain & Update Consolidated Commission & Incentive file
 
2.Filing and Recordkeeping:
a. Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
b. File documents and reports.
 
3.Perform such other functions and tasks that may be assigned to him/her from time-to-time.
