Principal Responsibilities:
Experience- 1-2 years' experience of accounts payable in a BPO setting
Handles Inbound Calls from Vendors. Performs outbound calls when necessary.
Handles Email queries.
Coordinates with AP specialists for further queries.
Taking care of month end close deliverable
Support/provide inputs for internal/external audit
Ensuring delivery of transitioned process as per SLA
Ensures team engagement participation
Meeting SLA Targets
Adheres to administrative requirements
Skills Required:
College graduate - Preferably Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
Knowledge of AP Process or any Finance function.
Knowledge of Finance ERP System (SAP/Ariba/Dynamics).
Inbound/Outbound Call Handling.
Email/Query Handling.
Microsoft Outlook Mailbox and Applications,
Preferably with Knowledge of Service-Now.
