RESPONSIBILITIES:
Records accounting coding/ indexing of invoices received in the first step in workflow.
Assigns prescribed coding following well-defined procedures
Processes invoices as per the productivity requirements with accuracy.
Maintain and reviews periodic updating of process documents for the process and sub-process, works with clients to ensure documentations reflect the correct and current process.
Other task assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Willing to work mid shift
Willing to work on site (Pasay office)
