Responsibilities:
Reviews and reconciles invoice discrepancies
Process Invoices for payment
Completes payments and controls expenses
Checks data input in the Accounting System to ensure accuracy.
Addresses and responds to invoice inquiries
Accounts Payable function
Performs other tasks assigned by the Immediate Superior
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Financial Management or equivalent.
Preferably with 6months - 1 year experience in General Accounting/Bookkeeping/Accounts Payable or any related field.
Proficient in MS Office especially MS. Excel.
Ability to handle confidential information in a very discreet manner.
Can start ASAP.
Salary: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
