Essential Job Functions:
1. Receives, screens and evaluates all billings that will be submitted by the TPA for payment;
2. Responsible to validate and check all entries in the billing statement including all supporting documents attached to the billing;
3. Timely submission of all Payment request related to billings and invoice of the Third-Party Agencies for merchandising;
4. Monitors and records all Cash Advance, Liquidation and Reimbursement submitted by the Store Operations field personnel.
Professional Experience and Required Qualifications:
1. Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance or any related course from a reputable college/university;
2. At least 1 year of solid experience in Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable and experience in Collection process;
3. Working knowledge of MS Excel;
4. Candidates should have good analytical and problem-solving abilities, result-driven and detail oriented.
