Accounts Payable Associate
Responsibilities
Ensures timely and accurate entry of invoices and Payment Request Forms
Performs monthly subsidiary ledger vendor reconciliation
Prepares monthly Accounts Schedule
Prepares monthly manual journal vouchers for accruals and adjustments
Attends to payment inquiries and coordinate billing concerns of vendors
Requirements
Bachelor's degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or any 4-year business-related course
With 1 year Accounts Payable experience
Proficient in MS Excel
Good in oral and written communication skills
Knowledgeable in Oracle is an advantage
Must be analytical and keen to details
