Job Responsibilities:
• Will coordinate with other departments via email, phone
• Data entry, online filing, calling vendors in US, working with US staff.
• Prepare vendor payments and reconcile accounts.
Job Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy.
• General Accounting experience is an advantage.
• Must be proficient in Excel.
• Preferably with Accounts Payable experience.
• Good in oral and written communication skills.
• Work schedule: Night Shift
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
• Can start ASAP.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
