• Performs day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
• Reconcile the AP ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Job Qualifications
Must have Account Payables experience
NetSuite experience is preferred but not required.
Familiar with Accounting tools/software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good analytical skills
Knowledge in MS Office Apps particularly MS Excel
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
