JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitors and disburses the payables of the company to the proper party/ies or institution according to the timelines and deadlines set
Reviews the accounts payable entries to ensure that all necessary requirements and documentations are complete prior to processing of payments
Reports outstanding payable accounts to immediate superior to immediately process payment to avoid any penalties, etc.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of a four (4) year BS Accountancy or equivalent course from a reputable university
Preferably with experience in disbursement accounting
Has at least 2 years of work experience in Accounts Payables role
Proficient in MS Excel
Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
Must be amenable to work in Imus, Cavite
