Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records (AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations).
Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and analysis for business units.
Generate timely financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) for performance assessment.
Monitor and analyze expenses, suggest cost-saving opportunities.
Manage vendor relationships, and ensure accurate invoicing and payments.
Oversee cash flow and reconcile accounts.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Collaborate on financial forecasts and projections.
Work cross-functionally to provide financial insights and support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
3+ years' proven finance/accounting experience in retail/hospitality is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel, Xero, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Independent worker with strong prioritization skills.
