General Objective: Responsible for the processing of accounts payable transactions
Duties include, but not limited to the following:
Reviews and verifes invoices and check requests
Sets invoices up for payment
Tracks expenses and processes expense reports
Minimum Qualifications:
Around 2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience (preferrably with US Accounts Payable background)
Knowledgeable in US Accounting System (CORE Accounting System is a plus)
Experience in high volume of invoice processing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Willing to work on a swing shift schedule
And because Proview Global cares, we are also offering a temporary work from home set-up! Below would be the ideal arrangement:
minimum of 10mbps internet speed
has a designated room with good ventilation for PC set-up
