Accounts Payable analystManila Water Company, Inc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares / Endorses payment documents including Request for Payment (RFP) for approval of the relevant authorizers
Prepares materials / rolls out payment processing guidelines to partner groups for alignment (ex. new governance requirements, cut-offs, etc.)
Coordinates with customer groups / consults with representatives from the relevant units across the Enterprise
Supports the Accounts Payable Section Head in preparing process-flow documentation related to claims processing and settlement
Able to cascade and communicate overall process flow to customer groups in Manila Water Operations
Contributes to policy development for the Accounts Payable Section
Contributes to team deliverables related to group management initiatives
Identifies process pain points, proposes mitigants to process pain points
Contributes to continuous team improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business and Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent; CPA is an advantage
At least 1-3 years working experience in Accounts Payable or related process/field
Knowledgeable in MS Office application (i.e. MS Excel). Familiarity in SAP is not required but is an advantage
