1. Prepares payment of company's expenses and ensure that it is properly approved with supported by valid documents.
2. Maintains subsidiary ledgers:
a. Post trade payables from GL to SL.
b. Aging of accounts payabale.
3. Analyze and preparing journal entries.
4. Summarize accounts payable book (APV).
5. Prepares expanded withholding tax; value added tax; certificate of creditable withholding tax for supplier; alpha list list of supplier (BIR) and fringe benefit tax.
6. Prepares VAT credits schedule and documents.
7. Prepares annual audit.
