Job Responsibilities:
Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Prepares all checks and vouchers including petty cash vouchers
Responsible for computation of employees salaries, commissions, incentives and deductions
Files all company relevant documentation including permits and licenses, contracts
Monitor payment for BIR.SSS, HDMF & PhilHealth
Prepares and RECORD telegraphic payment to vendors,Summarizes and update frequently. Monitors import information for processing and analysis. Organizes and files importation documents.
Accept other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy.
At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Competency in MS Office and accounting software (Quickbooks), Reconcile accounts in a timely manner, Proven accounting experience, preferably Accounting Graduate.
