Accounts Payable analystProView Global Administration, Inc.

General Objective: Responsible for performing accounting duties related to processing of accounts payable transactions.
Duties include, but not limited to the following:
Reviews and verifes invoices and check requests
Sets invoices up for payment
Tracks expenses and processes expense reports
Other accounting-related tasks assigned by the Client
Ideal Qualifications:
Preferrably with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
Around 5 years of Accounts Payable experience (preferrably BPO and US Accounts Payable)
Knowledgeable in US Accounting System (CORE Accounting System is a plus)
Experience in using other Accounting systems like Quickbooks
Experience in high volume of invoice processing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (experience in dealing with foreign clients is a plus)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Willing to work on a swing shift schedule
