Follow up and resolve unreconciled vendors invoices on timely basis Coordinate from different team regarding on hold invoices (Price issue, GR issue, PO issue) Connect with suppliers regarding payment issues
Job Qualifications
Graduate of any Accounting or business-related course
Male / Female
With good oral and written communication
Know how to use MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Expert in Oracle AP reconciliation
Basic IT knowledge and Microsoft Excel operations (Pivot, Filtering, ...), knowledgeable in ERP applications ( Oracle)
