The Company
 
We're a global provider of quality control and compliance services that helps brands and retailers manage their supply chains. Every year, we deliver some 215,000 inspections, audits, and lab tests. As part of our Finance team, you will work with international customers, be involved in crucial IT processes, and play a key role in ensuring financial stability of the company. 
 
You would be a member of our core accounting team, handling all issues related to accounts payable.
 
The Job
 
You will be expected to: 
Perform month end closing activities such as
Cash reconciliation with Treasury team
Timely and accurate processing of journal entries (Fixed Asset Depreciation, Intangible Asset Amortization, Prepayment Expense, Payroll entries and other adjustments and corrections as needed)
Intercompany balances reconciliation
Receive and review scanned invoices and emails in English and German and apply application in P&L on a daily basis;
Prepare payments in on-line banking;
Input payments received from clients in accounting systems;
Help to prepare full set package of financial reports for relevant entities;
Prepare weekly cash flow reports;
Assist with the annual audit;
Support and/or maintain the resolution of issues and queries;
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting policies and procedures
The Candidate
 
It could be you, if you have: 
College degree in German or Other Finance/Accounting related majors
Good computer skills
Mid-level proficiency in German language, both written and oral
Experience with Accounting ERP (Oracle Netsuite) is an advantage
Have interest and will to develop in Finance function in future.

Are familiar with specialized accounting software 
Have good command of English and German(spoken and written)
