Duties and Responsibilities
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Responsible for the daily operational transactions.
• Ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner, complying with all Standard Operation Procedures.
• Handle all back office duties related to operational transactions.
• Perform all other support duties as may be required from time to time.
