Duties & Responsibilities:
They would run the day-to-day accounts/bookkeeping, as well as liase with the accountants.
The role would be a general Accounts Management and Data Analysis and would require the following:
Bookkeeping and Invoice entry onto Xero
Bills/Invoice Management Xero
Payments to suppliers
Excel strong proficiency for Data Analysis of Reports/Margins
Preparation/download of reports for accountants
Payroll admin task and holiday management
Other general day to day admin task
Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience with accounting
Good experience with Xero software (or similar)
Strong Excel skills
Experience in creating reports
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
Strong analytical, communication, and computers
Accuracy and attention to detail
Experience with accounting software is a plus
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
