Our client is Australia's largest aggregator and distributor of organic produce and grocery goods. And they are looking to hire an Accounts Assistant to join their growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable:
Maintenance of the ARTB and number of Debtors outstanding
Timely completion and submission of set reports
Reconciliation of customer accounts
Respond to customer queries
Allocate payments and process rebates to major customer accounts
Process third party invoices
Accounts Payable
Credit card processing (monthly)
Reporting
Weekly Salary Sales Report
Daily Produce and Grocery Dashboard
Monthly Customer and Product Top 30 report
Monthly Retail store stocktake
Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Monthly Stock on hand Report
Requirements:
A degree in Finance or Accountancy
5 years of Accounts Receivable experience
2 years of Accounts Payable experience
Experience in preparing financial reports
Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills as client communication will be required
Good team player
Strong attention to detail
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word and Powerpoint)
Excellent working PC/Laptop (Should be Windows-based)
Reliable wired internet connection (speed should be at least 20Mbps for download and 10Mbps for upload)
