MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is looking for an Accounts Administrator who will be working for our client who is based in Australia. Our client provides landscaping, garden and lawn services across Logan, Northern Gold Coast, and Brisbane suburbs. They are committed to meet or exceed worldwide industry standards in both product and service.
As the Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for the processing of invoices and liaising with business owners.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Manage client emails.
• Data entry to Xero
• Management and liaison with business owners.
• Generating and issuing invoices.
• Xero reporting forecasts
• Manage inquiry orders that come through Facebook or emails.
To be qualified, you should be:
• A degree holder in Commerce, Accounting, or any related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an Accounts Administrator or other relevant role.
• Experienced in processing invoices and liaising with banks.
• Experience with Xero accounting software.
• Experience with Service Mate program is preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent accounting software experience and administration skills.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
